What you need
to register as a self-employed entrepreneur
For citizens of the Russian Federation, only a passport is required, citizens of other countries must have residence permit in Russia and a notarized translation of the passport.
To register as a self-employed entrepreneur you need personal tax reference number, but to open a bank account you will need to provide the original of the certificate.
To carry out the registration procedure, information on the taxation system and types of economic activities (codes from Russian Classification of Economic Activities) will also be required.
